  • Support & Contact Form Data: Any information provided in forms on our website is used solely for responding to inquiries.

We do not collect, store, or sell sensitive personal information such as legal names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment information.

  • To monitor compliance with server rules.

  • To process moderator applications.

1.3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • Discord itself requests data as part of platform enforcement.

2.1. Eligibility

By joining the server, you confirm that:

2.2. User Conduct

All members must adhere to the server rules outlined in the designated section. Violations of these rules can result in warnings, timeouts, or bans. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Spamming or unauthorized advertising.

2.3. Adult Content & XXX Role

  • Access to adult sections requires the XXX role, which is granted at moderator discretion.
  • Users must be verified members before engaging in NSFW discussions.
  • If you prefer to only participate in non-adult areas, notify a moderator.

2.4. Moderation & Enforcement

  • Moderators have full discretion in enforcing server rules.
  • Users may appeal bans or punishments via a direct request to the moderation team.
  • Moderator decisions are final, except where reviewed by server admins.

2.5. Server Boosting & Shop Purchases

  • Members may support the server through Discord Boosting or by purchasing items from Angry Gay Designs.
  • All shop purchases are processed via external platforms and are subject to their respective privacy policies.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any actions, conversations, or interactions that take place between users outside of our Discord server.
  • Users are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when sharing personal information.
  • While we enforce server rules, we do not guarantee absolute protection against inappropriate content.
